DuckDuckGo Browser now blocks YouTube ads without extensions

DuckDuckGo has introduced built-in YouTube ad blocking in its browser, reducing the need for third-party extensions while keeping its privacy-first approach.

Do you think built-in ad blocking is enough to make you switch browsers, or are you sticking with your current one?

I'm on LibreWolf, with extensions. It works, so I won't be changing.

One change I've made, though, is I watch YouTube in Freetube most of the time now, so the exensions aren't really needed. There is no watch history, and I can't comment, but those are changes for the better.

I expect the war will continue, and eventually I'll need to say goodbye to YouTube content. I'm down to just a handful of subscriptions I watch as it is, so I'm preparing for that time.

DDG's browser is still a Chromium fork and they still just use Bing for search, so not for me.

As a company, they've always given me the impression that their practices are sketchier than they let on, so I'd rather not use their products if I can help it.

Anyone else still watch with ads to support channels they like? To some I give here and there because I like their content and want to see more.
