Alrighty I propose we ban any and all Ai services from being sold commercially in the EU. And that includes non-profit, no selling of any Ai services at all. Local use is allowed with a to be determined maximum amount of power per user per day. This also includes any service that isn't primarily Ai, but has an Ai component, outright banned.
We prefer a habitable planet over bullshit generators.
Canada has already shown any climate goals the door in favour of AI. In particular, Meta is building a 1GW AI data centre in Alberta which is already very dependent on oil and gas revenue.
