Fort Firewall – Free & open-source Windows firewall with per-app network control

Fort Firewall gives you detailed control over which Windows apps can access the network, with custom rules, blocklists, bandwidth limits, and traffic statistics.

One important note: on Windows 10+, the project currently requires disabling HVCI (Memory Integrity), so check the requirements before installing.
