The water was moving pretty quickly so there's a fair amount of whitewater. I was there late morning and it was partly cloudy, so the slow water was reflecting a brightish sky contrasted with the gorge in shadow.
No local adjustments made to the water. I use DXO to grade and make adjustments to global contrast and lighting.

How did you make the water in the background look so bright? Just the contrast setting or some filter?
