what do you do? Do your habits change from compared to when you didn't start a fitness program? Like are you moving around more? Sitting and doing certain activities more? I find I like to sit after workouts, in order to create more stability with my muscles, cause I stand half my day from work. submitted by /u/Theressomethinggoing

Optimizing muscle retention outside the gym relies heavily on prioritizing deep sleep, staying consistently hydrated, and maintaining adequate protein intake throughout the day. Creating a supportive environment that encourages proper recovery and stress management is a core element of effective wellness initiatives for employees. When you treat rest and active recovery with the same respect as heavy lifts, your body retains gains far more efficiently over time.
