It doesn’t matter if #MitchMcConnell is well or not. He should not be allowed to return to the Senate. Every month he has a health event. At this point it’s elderly abuse which directly harms the American people to get shit done. Plus he’s evil.

It's important to remember that the standard for replacing him isn't death, it is his capacity to do the job. If he is incapacitated, he should be replaced immediately.
