A statistics question.

Let's say I wanted to do a test for a wine tasters' accuracy. What do I do? I have about 20 wine glasses of different kinds, 10 of them being cheap and some being expensive.

Assuming we have 50 tasters, and 10 glasses, one type of wine is about $5-15 per bottle, and the other is around $100-150. How do I study this? What statistical metrics do I need?

My goal is that I want to discern whether people can accurately guess the price range (cheap or expensive) of the wine.

I am currently only aware of Mean, Standard Deviation, Coefficient of Variation.
