I almost don't feel like 'good' is the appropriate type of adjective to use for a show like this. It's utterly horrific, but I mean that as a compliment.
It's about a junkie doing junkie things. The humour is something like "it's so bad it wrapped around into being good". Depends on whether it's your thing, of course.
