Explosives aren't that hard to make and can be famously made with relatively common ingredients. Even the US government has an official handbook on how to do it. However, linking to that handbook or any other instructions is not allowed here.

The exit node would see that someone searched for a U.S. government manual on pipe-based devices, along with when this happened.

Plus your ISP will see that you connected to Tor. If that bothers you then you can use a VPN to connect to Tor first.
