Those watches look pretty cool, I've never heard of them before. Their designs are really simple and clean. And now when I look at my watch, do I really need the minute hand? If I'm not timing anything, the second hand really just adds clutter to the dial.
It looks like they use sellita movements. I have a watch with an SW200 that I've worn daily for the last 2.5 years and it's been pretty good, no real issues or complaints, keeps decent time around +5 seconds per day. If you don't have the seconds or minutes hand, you'll only have to adjust the time like once a month or less.
