Does anyone have experience with narayana.im?

I'm looking for a UK VoIP number to use long term (I need calls and SMS) and couldn't find anything that exactly matched what I need. I found https://narayana.im/ and they look good on paper but I can't find much discussion about them online. Does anyone have any experiences to share?
