The Gecko engine has finally made it to iOS, just not with a Mozilla release.
Users on newer iOS versions can also use the browser if they want an alternative to WebKit, including Firefox add-ons and other Gecko-exclusive features.

Not technically Gecko-exclusive, as Orion supports them too (and is iirc a webkit browser)
