Ya, right front wheel was toed in 30 degrees. Could not turn right bringing the car into the shop. Had to turn using the loud pedal.

They hit something. It was towed in 200 km after the alignment was done, and tried to blame it on the alignment.

Well, I mean, maybe you didn't notice it when you did the alignment, amirite?
