I do it in the morning, ideally 3-4x per week. Especially on off days. It's also great to add structure to your warmup, which is something I struggle with a bit

Pilates hits all of the antagonist muscle groups. It's helped my climbing and my day-to-day fitness, and it's awesome for injury prevention.
