MG Unicorn Gundam (OVA)
This is definitely a kit of highs and lows. The pink plastic almost glows, and the silhouette is intimidating. However, the transformation gimmick causes issues with Unicorn mode and general stability, which is quite unfortunate.

I built this same kit as my second build, and yeah... it almost soured me on the whole hobby. I broke a couple pieces during assembly, and I was never able to get the chest sides to pull out the way they're supposed to. The whole thing just feels very fiddly, and any time I try to make pose adjustments I end up spending 20 minutes putting pieces back on and trying to get it to stand without falling over or looking like it has a spine injury, LOL.

@IamSparticles Yeah I had a lot of the same issues. Took me so many tries to get the chest to separate correctly.
