Trump can’t really do anything. It’s a UK warrant backed by an extradition treaty between the US and UK signed Congress. Pardon inapplicable. Now, his soft power and influence may bring influence to bear, but he’s limited by his actual authority to do anything.

I agree. Sure, legally Trump's hands are tied, technically. But in actuality, these guys are physically in the US, so Trump can do basically whatever he wants. So it violates a treaty... so what? Is the UK going to go to war over that, or even nullify the treaty? Doubtful.
