Two young couples on a double date go to a local carnival. As a prank, they decide to spend the night in the funhouse. When they witness the brutal murder of a fortune teller, they suddenly find themselves in grave danger.

It's a tiny bit less scuzzy than Hooper's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, but The Funhouse is still full of miscreants and sleazy carnival vibes.
