Google Lens, it's finicky with people but sometimes it works:
Finding results under the first tab (the other three have been largely borked) resulted in these: Video link, Alt link
Some versions of the video show the watermark redcamxxx.com but this may not be the source of the stream. Chances are the streamer is called hotfallingdevil
Repeatedly tapping similar results, and either hitting the Google Lens button or seeing related results beneath, I found one link that specifically mentioned Chaturbate:
So here is the link to hotfallingdevil on Chaturbate. If that is indeed her, her name is Ana, as stated in the bio.

Thank you for the advice, I tried Google reverse image search but it increasingly blocks searches for adult stuff and wouldn't show me any results.
