You probably could actually set up a secluded forest glen, monitored by an AI vision system. And with facial recognition algorithms, you could figure out their identity. You could set it up so, for example, the only way to reach you was to go to this isolated forest clearing and draw some symbol in the dirt or perform some physical movement. The system monitors for the trigger and then notifies you in whatever simple or elaborate means you prefer. You know someone wants to talk to you. You know their identity. You look up their address from a data broker or public land records.
Then you just go there in person and knock on their door. Someone walks into the woods and draws a pentagram into the dirt, in a clearing miles from civilization. The next morning at dawn, you knock on their door.
"You summoned me?"
You could actually do this if you wanted it enough.
