My guess is more water. Dew condenses from the air itself; it doesn't fall from above. On the other hand, having something as large as that net could mess with air currents or ground temps, so I'm not too sure to be honest.
Okay, so it isn’t limited to Lemmy.today but is definitely something to do with your posts. I’ve scrolled past at least three or four of your posts now that are just blank or static images.
It’s more than that, first based on other posts I know it’s not just me and not just Voyager, second it works whenever I click on your comment but not when I scroll past it on the front page.
I don’t think so, I would think that it would just never load in that case not load depending on navigation. Others have confirmed this issue, but it’s always possible that we are all using pi holes.
I thought so too, voyager, I force closed it and navigated to just the community and it appears to load properly from the main page now. It feels like something changed.

Is this actually providing more water to the plants or just giving them most of what they would have for anyway?

Way more, since the net is going to condensate and densely collect more water than the sparse droplets a plant would on its own.

Many hail Net (the god of water and winning) with their balls of many sizes but only this guy performed the ritual successfully.

Interesting. I can confirm that using mobile Chrome I can see the video when I go into the post, but not from the front page preview.

It not working on the front page but working when you click on it through the comments is specifically the issue we have found.

Ah, mine went from never loading in both cases to always loading in both cases, not sure if related…
atomicbocks@sh.itjust.works · 2 pts · 14d
I wonder if whatever client you use cached it and that’s why it’s working for you in both places now.
