Definitely not the person who recorded it's fault, but I always find these videos crazy because there never seems to be any sign that they react to whats happening either. Like no braking at all, just went right into them. Maybe I would be the same, idk. I can say I have been in similar situations and have avoided it a few times because i was able to react in time. A collision of any sorts, even if it isnt my fault, is just something I really don't wish to deal with.
