Can you still buy Alcohol Inhaler's that were the rage a couple years ago?

I can’t imagine anyone being so stupid as to use an alcohol inhaler.. Oh nevermind why do I give humans the benefit of the doubt.

Why would I want to replace my ether rag or tin of paint thinner?
