Apparently Ze knew about conflict, Fedorov knew, Malyar knew, and Syrsky didn't. Fascinating.

Everything else is moving blame elsewhere and saying that he is cool actually but won't show anyone because it's a secret.

Ohhh, fuck off.

Syrskyi opinion/letter is useful to display his own obtuse attitude.

When he was named for this position, a big chuck of the people groaned and only acquiesced because Syrskyi made a public effort to acknowledge those concerns. So the people gave him a chance. But he blew it.

When Syrskyi had a day-to-day chance to show he had improved, that he was open to change, he didn't, he defaulted to stubbornness.

Worse then stubborness, he defaulted to soviet style manual command. He defaulted to brigades getting equipment depending on quality of asskissery. Etc., etc,

"Being unaware of conflict" is not exactly one of the things you want to hear from your top general. But it does summarize Syrskyi's tenure nicely. Unaware of how Ukraine has changed war, unable to change tactics from the Soviet days.
