Nintendo shouldn't get a refund because it willingly paid those higher prices due to tariffs tf?

When I was a kid I would bleed Nintendo and then started losing all love for them as I grew up, I was around 35 when I said to myself "fuck Nintendo, not buying their stuff anymore"... my son caught the fever and lost it by the time he was 14.

I think our experience is pretty standard, the relentless chase for a penny now, will mean huge crunch in demand in a few years to come

Nintendo told the court that ... "Nor is there anything ‘unjust’ about Nintendo retaining money that it may receive from the government as tariff refunds. The fact that Nintendo stands to receive tariff refunds does not give Plaintiffs any legal entitlement to those funds."

The Mario Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.

Good thing I voluntarily pirate their games.
