Eh. There's 3 layers of appeal before SCOTUS, then a year or so of fake compliance, and another couple cycles of appeal. He doesn't care about the case - its existence is the whole show.
Lawyers who are willing to go the extra mile for their employer (and leave their ethics at home) must be getting so fat, sucking on our dear leader's teat.
