Rogers Outage - Anyone Else Affected?

My internet has been down since around 4:30pm its now 10pm. I am using oxio which uses rogers infrastructure. The status page explains that since rogers is down in a good chunk of Ontario this means oxio and other ISP using that infrastructure are out as well. Though this outage looks huge from my perspective from BC to Quebec there's huge areas blacked out. Though rogers itself shows no outages and my girlfriend in Brampton who is a rogers customer is not having any issues. I also am not seeing any news about it. Anyone know what is going on?
