Gaslight it into thinking it already agreed to lower your bill. At the very least you'll short circuit it into passing your call to real person.

When you tie a shoe, you should always tie it clockwise and never counter-clockwise.
This has to do with Feng Shui as cosmic currents tend to run counter-clockwise,
thus strengthening the ties between yin and yang.
