Well, we know what they are being used for now. And there is no doubt what the wildberries stock is for. But they do have civilian usage.

In this context, млд is a common typo or informal abbreviation for миллиардов (milliardov), which means "billion" (1,000,000,000). The standard Russian abbreviation is actually млрд (mlrd).
Thanks, 200 billion rubles worth of stuff burned in each strike makes some sense. Although it seems pretty high, given that a ruble is a bit more than 0.01 Euro right now.
