Hopefully it's more than just a standard high-rise hotel. Make it look unique, lean into the German heritage of the city or the Queen City namesake that I feel we are currently competing for with other cities.
Oh right I forgot, they already did the rendering and it just looks like a more modern version of The Terrace Hotel.
While that'd be nice I just feel like most people are content with the same old. Heck, even myself I am happy enough the Millennium was demolished and we are getting a new hotel at all.
I honestly can't recall the last time I was wowed by new architecture.
