I have felt so ashamed of my scars, lumps, fat, and age. I'm working on loving myself even at 55. If I can post thru all that dysphoria and csa/sa shame, just hanging my vulnerability out, then maybe someone else will try to love themselves even harder. No body is shameful. No one should have to carry what we do. It's cruel to do that to ourselves or one another. It's gonna be okay, bbs. You are all the most beautiful people in the world. I love you. 😍🫂💪🤳 thanks for reading this love letter. - Opal

It's great to see you Opal. I've stopped hating myself for the first time in my life since transitioning. Self love is so important and so is showing other people that you have it. Love your posts bb.
