Not defending all of it, but that first milk (chocolate) was just partially frozen. Also that orange might not been visible from the outside - I've opened fruts like that before.

However, because of some schools don't actually have cooking areas (only prepping and heating/warming areas), they use extremely preserved, pre-cooked food that only needs warmed which is some of the worse kinds of foods you can eat.

You should try real maple syrup some day. Table syrup comes from telephone poles
