No worries, I've spent a lot of time thinking about this. I got you.
They do get strength enhancements to all their muscles, but the pee-out and hold-pee muscles stay in sync so there's still some dribble. Unfortunately there's nothing new to balance that accidental firing of the now super strong shart muscle, so after around 40 every male superhero power blasts shit almost every time they finish taking a leak.
The sphincters (yes plural) would also be stronger so they could hold much higher pressure of farts/sharts for longer. They'd be able to find a toilet.

I can't believe I'm asking this: do superheroes with super strength get enhancements to all their muscles? Which would mean this is less of an issue?
Actually, would that extend to bowel muscles so they never get constipated due to the pressure they can exert?
What the hell is this post doing to my brain?

He has a spider's strength. How strong are spiders' bladder muscles?
WhiskyTangoFoxtrot@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 25d
Truly the worst thing that's ever happened to Spider-Man.
