Empty hard drive space is wasted hard drive space.
That said, lol, I'm at both ends of the spectrum here.
My laptop is doing the best it can with 14GB total storage. About 6GB still free.
My workstation has 9x 2TB SSDs in a ZFS array with double redundancy, for a total of 14TB usable space plus a 3x 10TB ZFS array with single redundancy for a total of 20TB, used for daily backups. And, overall, I'm using less than half of that so far.

Nah, I'm good. I still have 100TB free on the NAS and no more than 30% storage used on any client device.

Nah, I'm about half full on my 16TB across seven drives.
