So, he wants to dismantle an institution he has no jurisdiction over in The Hague, Netherlands, EU.
It's like he has a checklist of all the countries in the world and is trying to offend each and everyone on it.

If he is able to do such a thing, what power does the court have to enforce its authority? The ICC is fantastic in concept, but it's become pretty apparent that it doesn't have any teeth, considering the sheer volume of well documented war criminals currently walking free.
