TV Time shut down and took millions of watch histories with it. Here's how to rebuild one without the export.

When TV Time closed it deleted everything. The notice showed once in-app and there was no email, so a lot of daily users found out only after the servers went dark, by which point the GDPR export was gone.

If that's you, the export really is unrecoverable. But your history often still exists at the source, because the streaming services kept their own records:

• Netflix: Account, Profile, Viewing activity, downloads as CSV
• Prime Video: Account & Settings, Watch history
• Disney+ / Hulu: request your data under privacy settings

Between those and typing in what you remember, most people rebuild the bulk of a library in about ten minutes. That works with any tracker, so it's worth doing before those pages age out.
