I hate it when that happens... It's so embarrassing! 😳 Also, if I dare to care about the thing I was about to say my brain seems to flush the cache even more aggressively.
I recently had a thing in a shop where my brain couldn't decide which of two words to say and all that came out was a sloppy blur of nonsense. Decided to cut my losses and just went "anyway, thanks bye!" mid sentence and fucked off.
