Bug: Cannot Login - Terms of Service Does Not Prompt Correctly

When I try to login it shows me a D.O.B. prompt. Which I fill in.

Upon doing so it states that I must agree to the Terms of Service. However, these are not displayed onscreen. There is no other prompt or checkbox or button. There is no way for me to agree.
