Anyone able to extract .arc files on Fedora ?

I've been trying to extract some files that are in .arc format and have used PeaZip. It did not work. It will ask for a password before it extracts and neither the archived file nor the PeaZip program has a password. My laptop password did not work and it fails to run.

The error message says Archive is unreadable, but it worked on a Windows PC. Maybe I am missing something.

I also tried to sudo dnf install unarc command and that did not work 😑
