For sure. It's why it was banned to begin with. I applaud them for their efforts though. They made a fuss about it when they announced it. Kinda sad they couldn't pull through, made the car quite unique (and prettier than this one!)

Relying solely on ground effect was doomed to fail. No race track is perfectly smooth, especially a certain road course in Franceā¦
