Think it would be more satisfying for her to get the kill but his resistance results in her burning to death along with the house. Instead this looks like they both escape. The trilogy's conclusion has nothing about her being alive.
The ending of Dario Argento's Inferno is baffling to me. I love the prog rock don't get me wrong. The skeleton outfit rules. It's good corny. Why doesn't she just kill him tho? Bullshit
