Across different platforms people missundestood the post but i chose specifically stalker anomaly and gamma because it does have ghouls and they are more creepy but they are still the remnants of zombified stalkers so basically they are still human, just ghouls...

Does stalker even have ghouls? The closest thing I can think of is snorks.
