So dad worked on the Apollo program and part of their training was for a hydrazine leak which was referred to euphemistically as the B.F.R.C. for big fcuking red cloud.

Barely related, but I just love the acronym.

That sounds more like a nitrogen tetroxide leak than a hydrazine leak. Both are nasty, and they're usually used together (as a hypergolic pair), but only one of them is reddish.
