If this is true, and Hamas do disarm, it will leave the inhabitants fully at the mercy of Israel. And I strongly doubt Israel will honor any agreement.

Is there really an agreement? As Churchill might have said; Trump isn't necessarily lying, but he does have a history of tactically employing inexact terminology.
