The EU should require such tightly integrated monetizable features in dominant operating systems be developed in a service provider agnostic manner, so as to not require the use of or default to Google Drive.

I see. So, alongside making your backup storage count towards you limit, they're trying to make you hit your free limit and start paying (or pay more) for a subscription.
