They are assholes. We have a business account with them. They locked my online banking. I could only unlock it by going to the branch in person.

Nearest branch at the time? About 2000km

Obviously I don't have online banking, and give zero FS about them exiting.

Every single interaction with them has been a shit show.

They're probably dropping money into data centres rather than dealing with people?

one of few option to get visa card with 0 overseas transaction fees. Now they gone.
