Iekei Ramen Nonakaya

The family tree of Iekei ramen is notoriously tangled—branching from Yoshimuraya to Honmokuya, Rokkakuya, Takasagoya, Musashiya, and so on. For dinner tonight, I'm heading to Nonakaya, which is quite a few steps removed from the original roots. While they're famous for their rich tonkotsu pork bone broth, my main target is actually the rice šŸš. Eating rice mixed with their "Kyoku Garlic" (ultimate garlic) is so good that you just can't stop eating.
