Oh yeah, absolutely. Decisions would be fairly weighed from management vs a machine doing it. /s

Union workers need to not be so lazy and actually, you know, unionize (meet in-person) nowadays. Attend your monthly meetings! They're in your favor after all..

the article is about workplaces where there's little to none IRL interaction among workers, by design. Separation and remote work are one of the main challenges to organizing these days and you cannot dismiss them with a moralizing comment.
