My very first concert and 40 years later he is still touring. Amazing. I saw his head get cut off in a guillotine, i saw his very large snake, i saw him hang himself, i saw an actor playing a reporter that Alice was giving him the finger and the whole front row covered him in spit, it was disgusting.. I think he impaled him with a sword. There might have been some LSD involved. His concerts were pure theater.
I have always loved the stage theatrics for Black Widow.
I took my oldest daughter to see Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper opened. After the show, as we were walking back to the car, she asked, "daddy, would you be mad if I said I liked Alice's show more than Maidens?"

The fucker is still touring apparently. At least, Youtube shows me event dates and links to Ticketmaster.
As for the song, for me it has a strong whiff of Pink Floyd's 'TDSotM'.
