How do you feel when your partner asks to stop halfway through sex?

So I asked my bf the other day for the first time ever if we could stop half way through sex because I just wasn’t feeling it and I was too tired. I felt bad afterwards and almost guilty about it, even though I know I shouldn’t because nobody ever has to do something they don’t want to with their body.
