You have a series of conspiracy theories that are not incredibly indicting of Trump to back up the pedo claims and a civil court conviction only the most partisan hacks drag out to say he is a rapist...

It's just not a strong case.

But more importantly: this whole thing can stand independently of Trump.

Approaching children to talk about sex and gender because you theorize that their true identities as madical third-gender Mermaids may never bloom is the definition of loony.

Trump was on the outs with Epstein for a very long time and informed the FBI on him. But I am sure you were one of the dopes who was posting "There are 43,284 references to Trump in the Epstein files..!" but it's literally just every email ever talking about politics.

The sexual abuse allegations concerning E. Jean Carroll were so absurd that Trump famously made a studio audience laugh uncontrollably while denying them, exposig the absurdity of it.

Terrific video from 2023 on YT.

It was a completely manufactured story - I really appreciate this walk down memory lane.

In the meantime I’ll continue ignoring the small time “journalism” you post regarding issues that aren’t even real issues because you desperately need to draw attention away from the failure criminal you’ve chosen to support.

Be my guest.

It's a free country.

Let's enjoy posting our own material for our own audiences, and I am more than happy to have a debate on the side here or there.

First of all, thank you for citing your source.

“I’ll go backstage before a show, and everyone’s getting dressed and ready and everything else. …You know, no men are anywhere. And I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant. And therefore I’m inspecting it. … Is everyone OK? You know, they’re standing there with no clothes. And you see these incredible-looking women. And so I sort of get away with things like that.”

Yeah, he's talking to Howard Stern, famous for racy interviews, and he said something stupid. But what I am imagining is a guy walking about, there is a commotion, and he is looking in on a group of women generally in their underwear, not unlike the swimwear they will be wearing on stage later, and the bulk of the women have already signed up to walk around half-naked in front of a large audience, even a large televised audience.

This isn't exactly a 1:1 with charging into the girl's volleyball team's locker room unannounced.

It is someone saying something stupid on Howard Stern? Naturally, lol. But this is just like what you do with the grab them by the pussy comment.

Trump was clearly describing the willingness of women to sleep with wealthy celebrities. The thrust of the whole quote is

I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it.

Grabbing them by the pussy is a comical, hyperbolic way of describing the willingness of women to be sexual with billionaire celebrities.

Do you dispute the fact that women are like that? It's not unlike how many men who are not single will, in the perfect sitting, make out with a strange woman who isn't even particularly attractive if she makes a move, let alone a gorgeous woman.

I’ll repeat. I do not care about your worthless opinions concerning the law. The law is the law. It determined he is a rapist and made him pay for it.

The judge allowed virtually any ridiculous thing as evidence against Trump while drastically limited the ability of Trump to respond. He was found guilty of something else - as AI states:

No, Donald Trump has not been convicted of rape. However, a jury found him liable for sexual abuse and defamation against E. Jean Carroll, but did not find him liable for rape in the civil trial.

What does 'liable' mean here?

In that context, liable means legally responsible for harm under the specific claim being tried.

So when a jury says Trump is liable for sexual abuse (and defamation), it means they found he is responsible under the civil lawsuit’s standards—even if it’s not the same as a criminal conviction (which would require proof “beyond a reasonable doubt”).

And what are the civil lawsuit standards for being liable for sexual assault in the state of New York?

In New York civil cases, the standard for “liable” is typically the preponderance of the evidence standard—meaning the plaintiff must prove that the defendant’s conduct occurred and caused the harm is more likely true than not (often described as “more than 50%” likelihood). In contrast, criminal cases require proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

For a civil sexual assault/sexual abuse claim specifically, that usually means the plaintiff must prove elements of the specific civil claim (for example, unwanted sexual contact/acts done without consent, and causation/damages) by a preponderance of the evidence, not by proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

So a judge constructed a scenario where New York liberals were able to state they thought he did it in a venue that does not carry the weight of a criminal trial, because there is no way that could have ever gone to trial.

Translation: “I have a safe space and I don’t feel comfortable leaving it.”

Sorry bud. I didn’t come looking for you. This drivel showed up while I was scrolling.

The context is more that I do not particularly want to keep up the interaction.

Feel free to post right here, though of course turning the conservatives forum into a series of OPs bashing conservatives wouldn't be acceptable, we do believe in free speech generally and so showing up to debate is more than welcome.

Sub & come again my man.

There is zero evidence that Trump has the mental disorder called pedophilia. Yet, liberals claim it all the time; I think it's part of hiding their own desires. The vast majority of the people in the Epstein files are Democrats.

The files are out there. Please list all the republicans accused of a crime. Let’s see you backup your claim

So you have nothing. That’s what I thought.

Only an idiot would think a mention means something. Most of those mentions are Trump saying Epstein is a creep or Epstein pining that Trump thinks he’s a creep.
